#IceBucketChallenge
The #IceBucketChallenge has been making its way through the Winnipeg Jets over the past few days. Those taking the challenge pour ice and water over their head, then nominate others to take part as well.

Things got started with defenceman Mark Stuart. He accepted a nomination from Nate Thompson (of the Anaheim Ducks) in honor of Pete Frates. Frates is a 29-year-old Massachusetts native and former Boston College baseball player who has lived with ALS since 2012, and has worked to spread awareness about the disease.

For more information on ALS, or to make a donation to the ALS Society of Manitoba, click here.

Soon, more players got in on the challenge, including captain Andrew Ladd.

After a couple days of the videos making their way through the dressing room, Dustin Byfuglien decided to nominate Winnipeg Jets Governor Mark Chipman. A couple of the St. John's IceCaps got involved, with Ben Chiarot, Josh Morrissey, and Carl Klingberg accepting their nominations, along with other teammates and prospects.

Even the team staff got involved. Here is Head Athletic Therapist, Rob Milette, Assistant Athletic Therapist Brad Shaw, and Player Development Assistant Mike Keane!

Mick E. Moose answered Bryan Little's nomination, and made sure he had plenty of ice in his bucket. Not to be out done, some of the team's broadcasters, Brian Munz and Shane Hnidy, showed their support.

Keep an eye on social media in the coming days to see if more members of the Winnipeg Jets get involved!
