PrintThe Winnipeg Jets announce today that their AHL affiliate, the St. John’s IceCaps, have re-assigned Jake Marto to the Colorado Eagles of the ECHL.
Marto is being re-assigned after being called up by St. John’s on Thursday, Jan. 26. Playing in his first pro season, the Grand Forks, ND native has appeared in 20 games with the Colorado Eagles where he’s recorded five assists and 10 penalty minutes. He’s also played 12 games with the IceCaps this year, recording three assists and two penalty minutes.
