Kaunisto reassigned to Colorado
Michigan native to suit up for IceCaps ECHL affiliate
The St. John’s IceCaps have announced today that Ray Kaunisto (CUH-nee-stow) has been reassigned to Colorado of the ECHL.
The Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan native will join the Colorado Eagles, the ECHL affiliate of the Winnipeg Jets and St. John’s IceCaps. The six-foot-four winger spent last season with the Manchester Monarchs of the AHL.
