Jim Ludlow has served as the President & Chief Executive Officer of True North Sports & Entertainment Limited since the inception of the company in 2000. In that capacity, Jim has and continues to provide strategic, management, and financial leadership to True North and its operating subsidiaries and related companies, MTS Centre, the Winnipeg Jets and the MTS Iceplex.

Prior to coming to True North, Ludlow was a partner with a senior Western Canadian law firm. Born and raised in Winnipeg, Ludlow attended the University of Manitoba, earning a B.A., and Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, where he received his law degree. He is a board member emeritus and immediate past chair of CentreVenture Development Corporation, the City of Winnipeg's downtown development agency, a board member of the Royal Winnipeg Ballet and is an Honorary Colonel with 1 CFFTS at 17 Wing Winnipeg.  In 2011, Jim received the Western Canadian General Counsel Award for Business Achievement.
